The Rime Light Flex is an exceptionally lightweight insulated jacket with synthetic insulation that is versatile for various activities. Whether on ski tours, hiking, mountaineering, or skiing, it fits snugly against the body thanks to the stretch insulation and side panels made of elastic Polartec® Power Grid™ fleece, allowing you to layer it with other garments. The Pertex® Quantum Air lining makes the jacket wind-resistant while being highly breathable, extremely lightweight, and compressible. When you don't need the jacket, you can simply pack it into the included bag – the Rime Light Flex can go anywhere with you.
The main fabric is woven from 20 Denier nylon, filled with 40 g/m² OTI stretch insulation for optimal heat retention and increased freedom of movement. It features a close-fitting hood that can be worn under a helmet, a YKK Vislon® 2-way zipper for smooth operation, two zippered pockets compatible with backpacks and climbing harnesses, an inner zippered pocket, elastic hem and cuffs for a better fit, an additional packing bag with two carabiner loops, and an athletic fit, weighing 330 g.
Machine washable on a normal cycle at a maximum of 30° Celsius, do not use chlorine-based bleach, tumble dry on a gentle setting, do not iron or steam, no dry cleaning or solvent stain removal allowed, wash with similar colors, do not use fabric softener, wash inside out, do not pierce with needles, close zippers and Velcro before washing.
