How to measure your chest circumference: Stand upright without puffing out your chest. Run the measuring tape under your armpits and then over the area where your chest is widest. Make sure the tape is not sagging at the back.

Note: Do not wear thick clothing while measuring. A lightweight, comfortable vest that you barely feel, designed for enhanced performance during fast training sessions and competitions.
