3D Shaping
3D shaping is a manual finishing process that gives jeans a used look and guarantees absolute comfort. In this treatment, the jeans are first dipped in starch. Then, they are fitted onto a mannequin with slightly bent legs to mimic the bending of the legs while wearing – just as you do countless times every day. Finally, our experts handcraft small creases into the fabric at the right places. The jeans are then "baked" in an oven to ensure the crease effect lasts.
