Hat made from G-1000 Original with a rather flat top and short visor, which serves as sun protection and prevents rain from getting into the eyes. G-1000 Original is a durable and adaptable material. The dense fabric is wind and water repellent and very robust, yet extremely breathable and quick-drying. Cap with a straight crown made of G-1000, shorter brim, adjustments with buttons on the back and a small folded leather logo on the side. Made without PFAS.wool, which is waxed with a thin layer of Greenland wax. The wax gives the material extra protection against dirt, wind and moisture and can easily be applied thicker or washed out as required. Apart from wind and weather, G-1000 also protects against harmful sun rays and annoying insect bites. It is good to know that fluorocarbon is harmful to living creatures and the environment. Most of Fjällräven's waterproof and downproof products are 100% fluorocarbon-free. To maintain the waterproof performance, Fjällräven recommends spraying the products regularly with fluorocarbon-free waterproofing spray.
