Only pure "Karnak" cotton from the Egyptian Nile Delta is used for Falke Pure Fil d'Ecosse. After unfolding under the southern sun, the fibers and seeds are painstakingly combed out of the cotton batting to create a product of pure purity and softness. Italian spinning mills use the extra-long fibers to produce a yarn that, when double-twisted, offers exceptional strength and durability. The additional mercerizing process gives Fil d'Ecosse its silky sheen and unique color intensity. Falke Pure Fil d'Ecosse is presented in a varied range of colours in a ribbed look.
