The DNA Race Wind Jacket is made from a windproof, breathable nylon fabric that has been treated with a PFC-free DWR finish to make it water-repellent. Laser perforations in the armpits provide additional ventilation during sweat-inducing ascents.

The jacket features a special detail on the back: a long zipper creates space for the backpack when needed. You can easily wear the jacket over the backpack without having to take it off, saving you valuable seconds. The open zipper allows for quick access to items like crampons or for securing your skis. The jacket itself can be easily and compactly stored in an integrated pocket on the back. Elastic cuffs on the sleeves, hem, and hood keep the jacket in place.
