Black Diamond W Belay Parka

The completely redesigned Black Diamond Belay Parka for 2023 is designed for belaying in extremely cold temperatures. It is suitable for both the climbing gym and long alpine routes, keeping you warm while your partner leads on the other end of the rope. The Belay Parka is our warmest synthetic jacket, featuring 200 g/m² Primaloft Rise and Primaloft Gold Cross Core insulation in the body, shoulders, and hood. The 50D PFC-free ripstop outer material protects against wind and weather, while a 20D nylon taffeta lining provides an additional layer of warmth. The two-way zipper allows access to the belay device. The large chest pockets, handwarmer pockets, and internal drop pockets offer storage for gloves, water bottles, and other essential items.
