Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt made Château Miraval world-famous when they chose it as their family residence and got married in the chapel there. The castle, which has its own recording studio, has been used by Sting, Pink Floyd, and the Cranberries. It also includes a vineyard managed by the renowned winemaking family Perrin (Château de Beaucastel). Under the leadership of Marc Perrin, investments were made in the latest cellar technology and in the restoration of the organically farmed vineyards. Thus, a rosé wine was created under the estate's name Château Miraval. According to Wine Spectator, Miraval Rosé is considered one of the best wines in the world.
