1. Cielo Amarone Centenero Della Valpolicella DOCG
Before the grapes are processed, they dry in the air for 30 days. The young wine is aged in oak barrels for 18 months. This process gives the Amarone its characteristic ripe fruit aromas and a full, velvety body.
