Place the pasta in a large, deep pot of boiling water. Bring to a boil and let simmer for about 8 minutes. The noodles should still be relatively firm to the bite. Rinse the noodles with cold water, drain them, and set them aside. As a side dish, sauté the noodles in a little oil and serve with fresh cilantro.
