Saitaku Shirataki noodles are made from flour derived from the konjac root. In Japan, they are used as a side dish for the famous Sukiyaki dish. The Shirataki noodles are gluten-free, contain very few calories, and are mostly flavorless. Note: Please rinse the Saitaku Shirataki noodles thoroughly with cold water before use.
