Strengths such as a sense of tradition, a vast know-how and their own vineyards characterize the 600 winemakers who own Champagne Jacquart. They harvest the precious grapes from 800 hectares of vineyards, spread mainly over the Montagne de Reims, the Côte Blancs and the Vallée de la Marne. Jacquart convinces with a great variety of a total of 130 crus, of which 10 Grand and 22 Premier Crus, which inspire with great finesse, richness of aromas and mineral freshness. Champagne, in northeastern France, was the first region in the world to produce sparkling wine in large quantities and is today synonymous with the highest product quality. The roots of the vines penetrate deep into the soil, which consists of calcareous sediments and thus provides optimal conditions for water balance. The best sites are located on the slopes of the hills typical of the landscape. While in the past a whole range of grape varieties were grown in Champagne, today it is mainly Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay.

2. Jacquart Rosé Mosaïque

The bouquet is medium-bodied and shows nice complexity from aromas of quince, apricot, peach, strawberries, followed by exotic fruits like pineapple and lychee. There is also a subtle yeast scent. On the palate, the champagne is pleasantly powerful mousse and shows slightly sweet in the entry. The nice acidity balances out immediately, the body seems overall harmonious and full. Also in the back aroma again a lot of clear fruit character, in addition, there is a medium-long finish.

The elegant bouquet of quince and a hint of biscuit immediately enchants with this golden yellow, sparkling delight. On the palate, flavors of citrus, exotic fruits and floral rose notes come to life. A very soft, round and distinctly harmonious body supports this aromatic diversity, and a long, unforgettable finish rounds off the drinking pleasure.

A fresh, balanced, light and beautifully fruity light yellow sparkling wine, which bubbles quite intensely in the glass. Its rather strong bouquet is dominated by aromas of apple, pear and lemon, plus some exotic fruit (pineapple), minty notes and hints of nutmeg. In the mouth it is tangy and very fresh, shows a harmonious, quite soft and medium-full structure and mousses strongly. The fruity aroma is joined here by aspects of grass and the typical fine yeast notes.

The finish is medium long.
