In addition to their own vineyards, friendly regional winemakers supply excellent grapes to Höngg every autumn, where city vintner Urs Zweifel presses the grapes using the latest know-how and modern technology. For the Ursus, Zweifel assembles Vidal Blanc from Benken, Johanniter from Regensberg and Benken, as well as Sauvignon Blanc from the Zurich wine region. The wine is vegan.
