Tasting Note
The Prosecco Rinassendo presents itself in a brilliant light straw yellow. On the nose, it is delicately fragrant and fresh-fruity. Hints of citrus and green apple on the palate. A wonderfully fresh, distinctive, and lingering finish with lively bubbles.

Vinification
After the Glera grapes are hand-picked and gently pressed, the must is transferred to stainless steel tanks, where fermentation and the development of carbon dioxide take place under temperature-controlled conditions. The yeast residues are removed by filtration before bottling.
