Yatir Creek
2019, Minimum order 3Product details
The Yatir Greek displays strong burgundy tones with a bouquet reminiscent of black cherries, black currants, cassis, and roasted almonds. It features fruity, juicy flavors balanced by fine-grained and slightly salty tannins, along with a pleasant, spicy finish. The wine is made primarily from Syrah, with some Malbec and Tannat, sourced from several parcels where the highest quality grapes are produced. The wine ages for a year in specially large oak barrels, which impart minimal oak flavor due to their size. After bottling, the bottle remains in the cellar for an additional two years until fully matured. This inviting red wine reaches its peak between the fifth and tenth year. Under suitable conditions, it should remain in fantastic drinking form for even longer. Enjoy the wine with marinated flank steak or fine beef goulash.
