Instructions for use | The wine has an herbaceous freshness, despite its depth and powerful energy. The nose is incredibly playful and multi-layered. First bay leaf, then clove, also liquorice or rather liquorice. In the fruit, beguiling cassis, elderberry, blackcurrant and blueberry. Always a hint of white pepper behind everything. Insanely subtle, not a trace of fat. Pure finesse. The palate is fantastically juicy and mouthwatering. Fresh acidity and fine tannin go hand in hand. This creates enormous tension. |
