This cuvée is dedicated to Father Bertrand, who was the last to lead the monastery community at the winery until 1980. Characterized by Pinot Noir, the wine displays a complex array of aromas: a hint of lilac, rosehip, blood orange, and dried plum, along with licorice and truffle with a smoky note. The tannins are ripe, velvety, and soft, while its taste is spicy and fruity.
