Dark ruby red with violet reflections. Very fruity on the nose with a pleasant herbal spiciness. Aromas of blackberries, dried plums, and blueberries, along with subtle roasted notes like coffee and bacon, present themselves with a slightly salty nuance on the palate. Juicy and complex with prominent tannins that are soft and well-integrated. The proximity to Lake Neusiedl and the many small salt ponds of the Seewinkel contribute to a unique terroir that gives this wine its exceptional salty minerality.
