Instructions for use | Its restrained yeasty fruit needs time in the bottle to develop into a multi-layered, "grown-up" fruit fullness with spicy minerality. Only then do the typical smoky flint notes merge with the diverse ripe stone fruit flavours, above all apricot and peach, to create a complex, fragrant dry Riesling of enormous depth and power. It lingers extremely long on the palate, dominated by an avant-garde, traditional flavour that is rarely found on the Moselle, mouth-filling soft, supple, powerful and silky dense. A poem! |
