Weider Protein 80 Plus consists of four types of protein:
- Milk protein (Casein): Provides muscle protein for up to seven hours and has a high content of BCAAs.
- Milk protein isolate: With over 90% protein in the dry mass, it contains very few fats and carbohydrates (low carb).
- Whey protein: A quickly available protein that supplies muscles with L-Glutamine, among other things.
