Weider Protein 80 Plus contains the following types of protein:
- Milk protein (Casein): Supplies the muscles for up to seven hours and has a high content of BCAAs.
- Milk protein isolate: With over 90% protein in dry matter, it contains very few fats and carbohydrates.
- Whey protein: A rapidly available protein that provides the muscles with L-Glutamine, among other benefits.
