On one hand, it aims to optimally highlight the character of each grape variety. On the other hand, new ideas are constantly being implemented to create something new. L’esprit de Julius also presents itself as extraordinary; a line of fine distillates that have been aged for up to 25 years in oak barrels. Available are a velvety cuvée, a complex vintage bottling, and a rustic vintage bottling at cask strength.
