Tasting Note
An intense bouquet of blackberry and blackcurrant, accompanied by chocolate and coffee, as well as a hint of smoke, rises from this garnet-red, fruity, and well-balanced wine. The palate is enchanted by a wonderful freshness, vibrant tannins, and the fruity aromas, which are complemented by spicy notes of pepper, vanilla, and cinnamon. The fruit is supported by an incredibly soft, full-bodied, and very harmonious structure, with a long, persistent finish.

Culinary Recommendation
Pairs well with grilled or roasted veal.
