Tasting notes
An intense bouquet of blackberry and cassis, along with chocolate and coffee and a hint of smoke rises to the nose of this garnet red, fruity and well-balanced wine. The palate is charmed by a wonderful freshness, lively tannins and the fruity aromatics, which are complemented here by spicy aspects of pepper, vanilla and cinnamon. The fruit is carried by an incredibly soft, full and very harmonious body, the finish is a long, persistent finish.

Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled or roasted veal.
