Valaisanne White IPA

The Valaisanne White IPA is a combination of two beer styles – wheat beer and IPA. The yeast from the wheat beer, with its pleasant notes, was used, and in addition, the fruity aroma hops Cascade, Citra, and Simcoe from the IPA were employed for the dry hopping of the White IPA. The Valaisanne White IPA is inspired by the two distinct regions in Valais – Upper and Lower Valais, which together create a unique Valais. Unique like the Valaisanne White IPA.
