You can immediately recognise the spicy aromas of the high-quality Central American Arabica beans. Thanks to the perfect balance between acidity and sweetness, the fruity flavours of the Indonesian Robusta coffee, with a hint of almond, really come into their own. The decaf is processed using the Swiss Water Process. This is the cleanest method for coffee, as it relies solely on water, temperature and time. This coffee is therefore processed without the use of solvents (e.g. dichloromethane, ethyl acetate, benzene or similar).
