Directly from the coffee farmers: Discover the light roasted coffee blend Tesoro. The recipe includes organic Arabicas from Peru, Colombia, and Brazil, as well as organic Robusta coffee from Tanzania, all sourced through direct fair trade and traditionally roasted gently in Switzerland. Tesoro impresses coffee gourmets with notes of dark chocolate, walnut, tobacco, and spices. Its full body makes it suitable for all coffee and espresso preparations. The Tesoro showcases its full aromatic strength as a Café Crème. Like all coffees from Tropical Mountains, Tesoro is produced in a climate-neutral manner, certified Fair Trade and organic, and packaged without aluminum. Tropical Mountains offers organically produced coffee from the family farm of the Peruvian-Swiss couple Gisella Iriarte and Thomas Schwegler, as well as from farmers in the same growing region. Coffees from around the world complement the range, all meeting the Schweglers' standards: organic farming, climate neutrality from coffee plant to finished cup, direct fair trade, and a specialty coffee rating by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) with at least 80 points.
