Tasting Note
Wonder of Nature. This fresh, clear, and simultaneously untamed sweet fruit, ripe raspberries, but also Habanero, many animalistic and slate notes, touching depth, and perfect harmony, with a hint of vanilla. On the palate, it is silky smooth and full of life, gliding over the tongue, showcasing a natural, untouched elegance, the pure and sweet fruit, clarity, depth, and freshness, the harmony of the unbridled, wild (slate!), as found only in nature, with a long finish. Simply beautiful – Terroir al Limit.

Vinification
Very selective hand harvesting. Whole cluster fermentation with stems in vats using estate yeast, no pigeage, short maceration, aging, and maturation primarily in large oak casks.
