Tasting Note
A fruity, full-bodied red wine, ruby red with violet reflections and a medium-strong bouquet of cherry, ripe blackberries, and a hint of strawberry jam. On the palate, it presents a slight initial sweetness and beautiful tannins, with a soft, full-bodied, and harmonious structure. The rather dominant aftertaste beautifully reveals the ripe fruit notes once again.

Pairs well with Umbrian specialties, cooked or grilled meat or vegetables, game, beef, sausages, cheese, stews, as well as everyday dishes.
