Intense ruby red colors with violet reflections. A wide aromatic spectrum of ripe red fruits, floral notes of violet and pink blossoms. Culinary recommendation: Its deep and intense aromas make it the perfect companion for red meat. It’s easy to immediately think of the typical Arrosticini from Abruzzo, but in general, it pairs perfectly with dishes that have a strong flavor and robust structure: aged cheese, grilled or roasted meat, and game. Fine, sweet, spicy notes. Excellent structure, warm, full-bodied, and rich in fruity notes. Made from Montepulciano grapes, it ages for 4 months in tonneaux before being bottled. There is a long maceration of the pressed grapes followed by another fermentation in steel under controlled temperature.
