Tasting notes
Ruby red with garnet reflections. The aromas oscillate between sour cherry, bay, and prune. Very extractive body with fleshy richness, which builds on a velvety acidity.

Vinification
The grapes are dried. This results in only 25 to 35 liters of wine from 100 kg of grapes. Aging in large wooden barrels.
