Colour: Iridescent, clear light gold with medium green reflections. Aroma: Intense, brilliant on the nose, clear, typical gooseberry flavour, subtly vegetal with a floral note of elderflower, ripe fruity nuances of passion fruit, distinctive minerality, fine earthy nuance. Body: Very long, intense attack, typical freshness, fine acidity, medium-bodied, pronounced flavour on the palate. Quality: A different, very exciting take on a well-known grape variety.
