Tasting notes: Pinot Grigio Sanct Valentin was born back in 1986. In selected vineyards in Eppan-Berg the first grape selections were made and for the first time a Pinot Grigio was aged in small wooden barrels. The expressive Pinot Grigio Sanct Valentin has convinced for decades with gently integrated acidity, power and fullness. It is one of the highest endowed Pinot Grigio wines in Italy and promises excellent drinking pleasure even after several years of storage.
