The octagonal leaf, which is rosette-shaped, has small hairs on the back and is serrated at the edges. It has the ability to hold a droplet of dew in the center of the leaf, allowing it to survive longer dry periods. Both the leaves and the stems, as well as the flowers, are used.
How does it taste? The cup color of lady's mantle shimmers a rich golden yellow, and the aroma is reminiscent of a summer bouquet. The delicate, rounded flavor is highlighted by a refreshing green tea note. The finish is fresh with a bitter-smooth note.
