Sirocco Winter Moments

The basis of this unique blend is the distinctive taste of organically grown rooibos from the cedar mountains of South Africa. Enriched with warming spices, this creation becomes the perfect winter drink. About 200km north of Cape Town is the "Cederberg Mountain" region. Only in this rugged region grows the red bush (Afrikaans rooi = red and bos = bush), from which the South African national drink is made. Unlike black or green tea, rooibos tea contains no caffeine and few tannins, which makes it the perfect drink in the evening. Warming spices such as honeybush, cinnamon, lemon myrtle, liquorice root and cloves as well as orange peel and natural orange oil transform cold days into special winter moments.
