Serpaia di Endrizzi Cuvée Dalis Rosé IGT

The fresh and elegant Endrizzi Cuvée Dalis Rosé exhibits many mineral notes. It has a peach color with purple-orange reflections. The intense, captivating, and long-lasting aroma features notes of elderflower, wild strawberries, raspberries, and tomato leaves. This wine has a good structure, lively acidity, and a pleasantly long aftertaste. Endrizzi is one of the oldest wineries in Trentino. The Endrici family, winemakers for five generations (known locally as "Endrizzi"), has always remained true to one principle: entrepreneurial spirit. Each new generation has succeeded in further developing the Endrizzi winery. Francesco and Angelo, the founders of the winery, introduced the grape varieties Cabernet and Merlot to Trentino. Today, these varieties form the basis for the Masetto production as well as for the traditional wines Teroldego and Lagrein. Francesco's successors include his son Romano, who even served as president of the Province of Trento, and his grandson Franco, who was an influential chairman of the Trentino wine committee. Today, the winery is run by the fourth and fifth generations, Paolo and Christine, along with their daughter Lisa Maria and son Daniele. With experience and new ideas, they oversee every aspect of the winery: product renewal, communication and marketing, architecture, and environmentally conscious cultivation. Trentino is the northernmost wine region in Italy. Archaeological finds prove that wine was already being produced here 3,000 years ago. Trentino stretches from the Dolomites to Lake Garda. Due to the varying climatic conditions in the valleys and lakes of Trentino-South Tyrol, almost all red and white grape varieties can be cultivated. While the large cooperatives and wineries set the tone in wine politics, producing some very notable wines, the quality policy is often determined by the smaller family-run businesses.
