Medium lemon yellow, pleasant notes of white flowers and citrus fruits. A fresh start with a slender body. On the palate, notes of citrus fruits, thyme, and rosemary. Elegant and persistent minerality. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. In 1962, the strengths and artistry of 19 winemaking families came together to establish Cantine San Marzano. Wines from a unique region - we are in Apulia, a strip of land between two seas, the Ionian and the Adriatic, lands and landscapes in the provinces of Taranto and Brindisi, where vines and olive trees thrive side by side in the typical red soil. The Mediterranean terroir plays a fundamental role in the production of these high-quality and modern wines. The climate is extreme and the conditions challenging. With the passion of the winemakers at Cantine San Marzano, the grapes are crafted into full-bodied and elegant wines. The wines are the best example that good quality and an attractive price do not have to be mutually exclusive.
