The Roor activated carbon adapter is also suitable for bongs of all other brands, as the fittings of the adapter conform to standard specifications. This adapter is filled with activated carbon granules to achieve a milder and, above all, healthier smoke. Activated carbon is a product that filters out harmful substances from the smoke and delivers the effect unaltered. Unfortunately, the carbon also filters out odor molecules along with tar and carcinogenic substances.
