Product details
The Chenin Blanc grape is certainly one of the most versatile and underrated white wine varieties in the wine world. Originally native to the Loire Valley in France, it has found a new home in the sunny region of Thurgau, where it produces excellent white wines. This single-varietal Chenin Blanc offers a wide-ranging bouquet: hawthorn and orange blossoms, starfruit, apple peel, cut grass, haystack, and wet stone. It embraces the palate harmoniously, almost creamy yet with an exciting grip, presenting itself as full-bodied, lively, and juicy. An intriguing interplay of fruity sweetness with aromas of lemongrass, nectarine, candied ginger, and dried apricot. Enjoy it with trout prepared in the style of Müllerin, spicy finger food, or green asparagus.
