Product details

The Chenin Blanc grape is undoubtedly one of the most versatile and underrated white wine varieties in the wine world. Originally native to the Loire Valley in France, it has found a new home in the sunny region of Thurgau, where it produces excellent white wines. This single-varietal Chenin Blanc offers a wide-ranging bouquet: hawthorn and orange blossoms, starfruit, apple peel, cut grass, haystack, and wet stone. It clings harmoniously, almost creamy yet with an exciting grip to the palate, presenting itself as full-bodied, lively, and juicy. An intriguing, fruit-sweet interplay of aromas of lemongrass, nectarine, candied ginger, and dried apricot. Enjoy it with trout prepared in the Müller style, spicy finger food, or green asparagus.
