The success story of Rocche dei Manzoni began in 1974 when Valentino and Jolanda Migliorini left their Michelin-starred restaurant and acquired an 8th-century farmhouse in a prime location in Monforte d'Alba. Instructions for use | This full-bodied, balanced, long-lasting red wine is black-red in colour with violet hues. Its quite powerful bouquet has a certain complexity and is composed of berry fruit (blackberry, cassis) and stone fruit (cherry, plum) as well as some dried fruit (sultana, prune). Roasted notes of chocolate, smoke and toast as well as a hint of clove and vanilla complete the variety of flavours. The palate is enchanted by velvety tannins and a harmonious, soft and full structure. |
