Delightfully juicy sweet raisins from Turkey. The light grapes are dried under the Turkish sun. The Turkish raisins come from the village project Salihli.
Production:
The grapes dry in the sun for 7 to 10 days. After drying, the raisins are washed and sorted. To prevent them from sticking together, the berries are coated with sunflower oil after drying.
