Vinification

Everything about this wine is art. Selection of the best grapes. After meticulous fermentation in French oak fermentation tanks at controlled temperatures to achieve the highest extraction of aromas and color, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in barrels without being racked off the lees. Periodic batonnage. Aged for 24 months in new French oak barrels from Allier with a toasting adapted to the vintage. The wine is bottled unfiltered.
