The Barocco blend, which translates to Baroque, is the complete opposite of southern coffee and impresses with its mild and soft characteristics. On the palate, one can taste the fruitiness combined with the sweetness of the Arabica. Barocco's popularity outside of Italy, particularly in Apulia, is attributed to its low acidity, making this coffee bean blend extremely easy to digest.
