Sweet dreams. The night can feel long if you can't find rest. How wonderful that nature provides us with gentle herbs for this caffeine-free bedtime cup. A herbal dream made from soft oat flower tips, mild lavender, and silky sweet lime blossom. Let peace settle in and your sweet dreams begin.

Preparation: Always pour boiling water over it and let it steep for 5 to 15 minutes. Only boil as much water as you need. This helps make each cup of Pukka tea as sustainable as possible.

Organic herbal tea, made with ethically sourced ingredients, naturally caffeine-free. 100% organic ingredients: oat flower tips (30%), licorice root, chamomile flowers, lavender flowers (14%), lime blossoms (10%), valerian root, tulsi leaves (Indian basil). 28% FairWild certified ingredients (licorice, lime blossoms) based on dry weight. 33% fair trade ingredients, certified according to the Fair for Life standard – licorice, lime blossoms, tulsi leaves.
