A distinctly fresh, light cuvée with a complex bouquet of quince and apricot, plus some exotic and citrus fruit, lime blossom and a light vanilla note. The powerful, generous structure, a fine opening sweetness and lively effervescence provide a nice foundation for the generous fruit and delicate minerality.

This great aperitif wine is suitable as an accompaniment to all appetizers, fish in sauce and even cheeses with a pronounced flavor.
