To give your all during intense training and competition, your energy reserves should not only be replenished before exercise but also regularly supplied with carbohydrates during it. PowerBar developed the world's first carbohydrate bar back in 1986. The Energize Original Bar is an ideal carbohydrate source in solid form, yet easy to chew. With C2MAX, it provides a scientifically developed carbohydrate blend with a 2:1 ratio of glucose and fructose sources, along with sodium and magnesium to support mineral balance.

Instructions for use
