Post House Vineyards Admirals

The grapes are fermented with selected and natural yeasts from the winery. In open fermenters, the skins are pushed down at the peak of fermentation. The malolactic fermentation takes place in the tank, where the wine has been minimally processed. 25% is aged for twelve months in 225-liter barrels from France and Europe. During this time, the wine is racked three times, and the sulfur content is kept to a minimum.

This wine is a dark blue-red Pinotage with aromas of blueberries, strawberries, chocolate, pepper, and a hint of flowers, offering a lush, soft palate with ripe fruit and spices.
