Product details

The Cuvée Louise, first created in 1979, is a champagne that demands the highest standards in terms of vineyard, cellar master, and vintage. The particularly long aging on the lees gives this cuvée its distinctive personality. The perfect balance of aromas comes from the blend of the finest grapes from Avize, Cramant, and Aÿ, as well as the addition of still Pinot Noir red wine from Bouzy.

Ingredients and instructions for use

Instructions for use
Light pink with bright salmon-coloured reflections, very fine and persistent perlage, very romantic and elegant on the nose with notes of freshly toasted toast, citrus fruits and ripe wild strawberries, voluminous and fruity on the palate. Not only the wonderful minerality of the 2004 vintage, but also the perfectly integrated acidity as well as fine and spicy flavours reminiscent of apricot jam and dried citrus fruits are evidence of an exceptional harvest year and make the Cuvée Louise Rosé 2004 an unforgettable pleasure experience. The finish is very elegant and long-lasting.
