Product details

Brut Royal, with its liveliness, freshness, and finesse, is the absolute classic of Pommery. With Madame Pommery as the inventor of "Brut," the house has since been considered a pioneer of this globally popular type of champagne. Pommery Brut Royal ages for over three years in the chalk cellars and comes from up to 40 different selected vineyards, such as the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims. The chalky soil of these Grand and Premier Cru vineyards imparts the typical finesse, minerality, and presence to the Brut Royal champagne.

Ingredients and instructions for use

Instructions for use
Pale yellow with silver reflections, fine foamy rim, continuous perlage. Classic aromas of yeast plait and brioche are combined with intense fruity notes of ripe stone fruit such as nectarines, mirabelle plums and mandarins on the nose. On the palate, there is a delicate acidity with pronounced minerality and a fine spiciness of white pepper. The champagne is powerful with a long finish, which leaves a lasting impression of rather green stone fruit, such as pears.
