Tasting Note
Fine and complex on the nose with spicy pepper aromas, notes of blackberry jam, and fresh greenery. Ethereal and balsamic nuances find their way between floral violet scents and plum compote notes; followed by licorice, cloves, cinnamon, and a hint of wood. On the palate, one discovers a complex flavor package that caresses and seduces from the very first drop with chocolate, vanilla, roasted notes, and overripe fruit.

Vinification
The N°1 – Numero Uno, a wonderful creation from dried Nebbiolo grapes, arises from the desire to reinterpret the Sforzato di Valtellina. It is carefully and lovingly aged over the years in valuable French oak barrels. As an ambassador of its terroir, it embodies its elegance and values. This fine nectar with a meaningful name, whose grapes grow on vines over seventy years old, enchants with its seductive aromas.

Culinary Recommendation
Enveloped by elegant tannins, each drop is characterized by wonderful harmony and intensity. Rich and profound, it is the ideal companion for exquisite red meats such as venison loin.
